Council Member Gabbard asks to send the Duke Energy franchise agreement negotiations, and a possible extension, to the Health, Energy, Resilience, and Sustainability Committee for an update.

G-2: Referral regarding Jordan Park Apartments
Council Member Figgs-Sanders asks to send concerns about increased violence and other resident issues at Jordan Park Apartments to the Public Services and Infrastructure Committee or another relevant committee, and requests that St. Pete Housing Authority leadership take part in the discussion. Council referred the item to the Youth and Family Services Committee.

The council approves raising the cap on interfund loans from the Economic Stability Fund to the Affordable Housing Fund, from a combined total of $5,000,000 to $10,000,000, to fund affordable housing projects in St. Petersburg.
